Prices are per person (in double room) per day in full board for a minimum stay of 7 days, including VAT and service. Extras and tourist tax not included.

Surcharge single room from 15 to 35 Euro.
Surcharge double room as single +50%.
LOCAL TOURIST TAX: € 2,00 /day for max 10 days (Under 14 years exempt)

• Check in: from 14.00 of the arrival day
• Check out: before 10.00 of the departure day

Reductions more bed:

• Adults in third bed – 10%
• Children 0-3 anni – FREE (1 for each room)
• Children 4-8 – 50%
• Children 9-12 – 30%
• Junior 13-14 – 20%

• New Year’s Eve dinner supplement: 35,00 € per person

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation is confirmed after the payment of a deposit of the 20% of th total amount per room (i.e. 250/350 Euro). Rooms are available from 14 of the arrival day. We kindly invite our Guests to leave their rooms within 10 of the departure day. In the case of an arrival after 19, we invite our Guests to notify the reception. Methods of payments accepted: cash, credit and debit card and checks.

Cancellation policy: up to 7 days, the deposit will be held; from 0 to 7 days, from 30% to 100% of the total bill.
